Texture Problem "with pics"

Anyone know how to fix this?
I have tried all sorts of things to fix this, none worked.

As you can see, all surfaces are smooth.. Even your body. dinos looks funky as ♥♥♥♥

I had a similar problem. I started the game through steam and selected the option to "start with reset resolution" or texturing. I forget what the option read exactly, but it was near the bottom of the list. This seemed to fix my problems anyway.
