Keep in mind, those that usually ask for the id are those who are using the steam client to proceed to this page, which doesn't always show a url with the mod id present.

Best way for a person to obtain this id on a steam client is to right click the page and click "copy page link" - then paste that link into a notepad, web browser or post to obtain the id.
