I like the melee and bullet resistance, but it's way too overpowered

How about 50% melee, bullet and explosive resistance, -10% movement speed and 10% melee damage?

+block non explosive projectiles(including jarate and mad milk)
+35% knockback resistance
+50% overall damage resistance

-10% less speed when active
-stick to melee when using it
-10 base health
-40%longer weapon switch(or people will quickswitch and be inmortal)
-cant be used whit escape plan

only usable by soilder
removes shotgun for sheild
sheild makes u 30% resistance to explosives bullets and melee damage
the sword has a incease swing speed does the same dammage as a half healthed equlizer
but slower holster
and primary does less damage

I guess this shield need to be just for demo. Because Volvo will not add another shield-based class in game.

If so. My suggestions. Shield should be bigger, and have some phases.

These are great stats

+30% bullet and melee resistance.
Build rage by damage taken.
Upon full meter, active with mouse2 (except when cowmangler is out) and be able to get damage- and speedboost, crittresistance and a slightly shorter reload time.

IF YOU DON'T KNOW THIS IS ONLY SHIELD.For soldier on secondory

Pros:+30%-50% damage resistance (based on % you health)
Cons:-15% slower switch speed
