Since it's not clearly seeable on these pictures and I couldn't find any good ones, from behind the hair are just straight, nothing special.
The main reason I submit this suggestion is because while it's a fairly basic hairstyle(I don't even like Kisara much), just like the action hero's mullet is something that'd probably be useful for a lot of characters... (and I hope that if it would win, the length would still be short enough to not end up like the glorious twin-tails of Aria)

What about Cloud from the Final Fantasy 7 remakes? Could be both male or female. It has the "cool-boy/tough-girl" look I like on my soldiers :D

Sorry can not use the mode,l the file is not in FBX or OBJ format. I use Maya.
