How Does "Better Siberian Riches" Work?
This logic is lifted from The Inuit mod by @TPangolin. Instead of claiming tundra, snow and ice, Russia claims forest, tundra, snow and plains from mines once a Krepost is built. That means to grow your borders mine your land and build Kreposts.

I hope it's not too OP. Please discuss :steamhappy:
