Cant Save in Sonic 3 Complete

yup can someone help here? i tried quick saving and that doesn't work. I am new to steam so maybe i am missing something. I use a PS4 controller. thx

You just can't. There was a recent update to the Genesis Classic's workshop where you can't save modded games. Sorry.

Quick save and load is the only way to save, works fine, u can get back to the quick save after u quit the game, so u can save
