Alternative idea as to how it could be obtained and how it works
So I was just thinking, what if Valve implemented something like CS:GO's Overwatch system, and this item were given to players who gain access to it. It could count the number of convicted cheaters you're aided in getting banned.

very great idea because playrers can reporting and help community to ban hackers or cheatrs but need to multy-class :sentry:
