Report a translation problem
The modkit doesn't let modders add scripted stuff or edit the current one, so I'm afraid there's no way to make a CC-specific tutorial or alter the default one to fit the mod.
Just a small hint: After doing the tutorial, try building a vanilla town first, to get a good grip on everything especially walking distances, job queues, efficiency, population growth/balance etc etc. And how silly workers can be...
CC adds tons of things, but the basic things like first years survival depend pretty much on using basic stuff and not getting too distracted too much by all the shiny new options. ;)
Unless you've been watching Let's Play videos, then I guess you've noticed the game's quirks and CC's insanity already :p
