i finished the soul of Alar quest line and was given a choice between 2 techs. i have verified that the dervish device does become an option in the ship building menu but i can not figure out what the word of Alar is suposed to do. The description doesn't offer any clue as to what benefit you get and i have been through every menu after researching the tech and can't find any changes to my empire at all.
