Federation Flagships unbuildable
My NX class flagship was destroyed during the Xindi event final battle. And there aren't any options in decommission, nor build a new flagship in the Utopia Shipyards. Can anyone help?

you have to talk to the yards directly, as if they were an empire. in those diologs you can build flagships.

How do you talk to a yard directly? They are not listed in the Contacts section, and when I click on the SF Navy Yard or UP yard, the construction que comes up asking if we want to replace it
