Dear Star Trek Fans and Stellaris enthusiasts,

I wanted to build a penal colony and did the required research. However, there is no possibility to determine the penal colony planet-purpose (Planetenbestimmung "Strafkolonie") or the building "prison headquater" (Gebäude "Gefängnishauptquartier)
My game is in german for some reason, therefore the names could be wrong but hopefully you can understand them.
