Borg Assimilation Tree bugged?
The Adoption Effect should be, that you can construct additional Unicomplexes up to 3 - but it is now "Maximum Abilitylevel: +2 (General)"

wtf?

How can i now construct more Unicomplexes?

here the answer that i get for the problem at the new horizons discord:

"to expand unicomplex and size and amount you need to take the Connectivity tradition. The specific one you are looking for is Connectivity 4"

cant try it at the moment - but if you can try it, tell me plz, if that really works ;)
