Influence in Stellaris...
I am playing the Star Trek mod.... Earth to Vulcan... "hello"..... Vulcan to Earth "Want to have an embassy?" Earth "Go suck snot", Vulcan to Earth "want a trade pact" Earth "Go eat your momma's left boot", Vulcan to Earth "Want a non-aggression pact?" Earth (Ewok from Star Wars) "Eat Chuta!" Vulcan to Earth "Want a tech treaty?" Earth "Go sit in an Elephant's droppings (photo included)..... Earth....damn i'm really influencing Vulcan now!!!!

This is because STNH sets up a large bonus to reputation between Earth, the Vulcans, and the Tellarites, in line with the lore in Enterprise, given that STNH is set right before the Enterprise series, effectively...

They're offering deals because they like you by default, and refusing deals only has a very small reputation loss...
