Canon Galactic wars - how to toggle off or on?
At start of a game you can set "canon galactic wars" on or off.
However, can you change this later on?
In the description one should trigger the event "STH_galactic_war.3" but this does not exist.

You should be able to do it by going to your contacts and there searching for Q (Continuum or something like that) which I think has around 0 relationship with you by default. Contact it and you should be able to change selected game settings during a single player game.
