So, where is the 3.7.4 version of the mod?

I wanted to install it manually to my gog version, downloaded the 3,6 gb mod from the steam page using steamworkshop.download, but what i got was the 2.6 version. every link I tried seems to contain files from two years ago..

I just did this now, bought Stellaris for this mod, and it's 75% off right now on GOG so was the only way to go. Sort of a pain but these instructions work: https://www.gog.com/forum/stellaris/guide_how_to_install_star_trek_new_horizons_mod/page1
