I noticed that when Trip became available that certain leaders seem to be given stats they can't make any use of; for example, Trip is an Admiral, but has a stat that boosts planetary build speed when assisting research. But Trip can't be assigned to science ships as an Admiral so I don't know how I can take advantage of this stat. Am I missing something here?
