What noob thing am I missing.

I am trying to run this mode. However it tells me I have the wrong version, when the version seems to be correct?

I was hoping someone else would reply with more information, but I noticed the exact same thing as you. For what it's worth, I started a new game despite the version warning. I'm still early on, but so far nothing has crashed yet. Hoping it's just a validation error on the version check.
