Losing Colonized Planets
I have a problem with colonized Planets. I colonize them and after a few minutes they aren´t colonized so i have to do it again?

Mods installed are STNH and the Federation UI Mod

Do you have some sort of sector automation on?

only the deafult for the game. I've noticed that it only ever happens if you don't take the highest habitability from the pops.
I hope this could help you a little bit
