Vampire lord for a greenskin rebel army, bug ?

hi,

hope i didn't miss anything but i just encounter this strange rebel army with a vampire commander, and once on the field she was all visually glitch, is this "normal" ?

I have a screenshot if it can help

great mod !

I didnt edited Rebel armies at all, mod is not touching that area.

patch notes list this bug as being resolved in this update i think
