XP bugged out

hello, seems like something is wrong with lord's levels. The problem is: I won 5 battles with brand new lord and gained 0 levels. It's new campaing and I had similar problems in previous one. I don't have any other XP modifying mods so it must be this one.

This was always issues with legendary lord starting positions. Definitely not my mod related.
