This modifier could appear after 4-6 months with as effect -5% happiness (some rare goods of other planets are no more avaible) and +50% emigration time (as you cannot use the merchant ships but your own ways).
The best thing would be the nullification of some empire modifier as the planet had't contact with the goods of the rest of the Empire. This would mean no growth, no military nor happiness bonus given by special buildings whoo employ strategic resources to work. This malus should't be implemented for extragoods bonuses like global building, science or ethical divergence.
Though I do like the idea of having something happen if a planet hasn't been visited for a while.
I agree. When the 'birth of space piracy' occurs in the game, it is kinda disappointing that after being initially delt with, they never really appear again... I mean, of course a 15k military fleet would naturally discourage anyone to turn to piracy but regardless, the immersion would be nice.
This'd proberbly be best to put in the suggestions discussion tab though.
