Fun fact about this map. It's based off of Grand Theft Auto 2's Residential District.

Nope, that's not 100%. But you're close! There is a box somewhere with sunglasses inside. The box w/ sunglasses inside can be found at the beach area nearby the rednecks hangout. It's behind the XXX building, the one with the garage door as an enterance. It's also right next to a big garbage bin. Once you have the sunglasses there will be a building somewhere that will now be guarded by the metropolice. The building is located nearby the Ruby Twins hotel and it's windows are blocked by wood. There's a cop guarding the front enterance, just kill the sonovabiatch then enter the building. Inside the building you'll find plenty of cops and you'll also find two doors. Go in the door that's close to the fire, and you'll easily be able to figure out the rest.
