New World Order
Great mod for further recruitment and press options. I've merged both mods for me and my friend to play with, and they work great with eachother. ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=756093796 )
I haven't balanced them thought, but it could be a template maybe.

Advanced Buildings & Industry
Add a new tech tab with new buildings with small boosts to recruitment base, training time, supply etc.

Improved Equipment
Add winter/jungle clothes, camoflage and droptanks

Adv. Build. & Indus. + Impr. Equip.
Both mods integrated.
I merged this into NWO and your mod too and it seems to work fairly well, no major issues as of now but it's really not tested extensivly
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=756926020
Again, I haven't really gone into the balance between the mods but it could be a template.
I merged most of the txt files in the History/states and Common/ideas folders, but Adv. Industry nerfs a lot of stuff to comensate for the total of all the buffs, so I kept the current settings in most cases. A bit more friendly towards the AI, and just a personal prefrence for me and my friend.
New World Order: Nice and probably worth to be implemented. However I'm worried that the AI can't really handle the new ideas. Replacing them seems pretty hard for the AI.
Advanced Buildings & Industry:
To be honest, I don't think that this mod is balanced very well let alone that it could be balanced well. Unfortunately many of the perks the buildings have that are added there are global and there's nothing to be done about that.
I also thought about adding buildings for tungsten and chromium, but for now I do not think that adding those would be a good idea because
a) They are not realistic at all
b) I have reworked the trade system to work as good as it can right now, though I'd still consider it messed up to an enormous degree.
Improved Equipment: I'm a bit torn on this one. For example the additional clothing techs just decrease attrition. It would be awesome to affect combat ability in certain areas and attrition in those areas. Unfortunately thats not possible now. Decreasing attrition for everything however does not seem like the best idea.
As for the other techs added: I think they are realistic and beautifully designed but the bonuses they offer don't differ much from the existing techs.
I might add this if allowed, but I'd have to play around with the numbers...
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=721753258&searchtext=realistic
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=699458890&searchtext=turk+leader
