Choosing two perks
Would it be possible to modify this mod to enable the player to choose two out of three available perks on each promotion? I know there was a mod that allowed to choose both perks with vanilla perk tree. If this is possible, would it require some magic or could I do it with .ini modification?

I checked the ini and couldn't find anything

I found an answer using https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=621327373 though it requires 2ish ini edits to work correctly
