View locked perks - how to enable ?
How to enable via .ini option to see all soldier's tree perks from LW PERK PACK without using LW Toolbox ? Is any easy way to change this flag ?

Then I install and use both mods the option to change it is just available from Option Menu (LW PERK PACK) menu but when I unchecked LW Toolbox Mod option is gone.
I cant using all time LW Toolbox because is in conflict some other mods. I notice that when i've checked "View locked perks" to enable and close XCOM2 forward disable LW_Toolbox mod and run game again I will be able to see all perk tree unlocked like the option is still enabled.

So must be some variable that can be easy to change without doing whole procedure.

I'd like to know this too. I've looked in the inis and I can't find anything.
