my psi operatives cant learn 8th tier abilities ( Master ) , it says i need to train it in psi lab to learn it but psi lab count my psi operatives as max level so it cannot train my psi ops. if i disable this mod my psi ops are magus with full abilities ( with null lance and void rift ) but if i enable it the problem happens. any help pls ?
