Well so after i bought Shen's DLC I kept playing my existing campain. But as I had nearly all Col. in my 3 squads, i decided to restart as leveling up the spark to Campion would take too much time (in the existing campain without LWPP it was working).
So i deleted some of my mods and added some new (which are Long war ones + grablin loot and some others).
After Lost tower mission I started adding the Spark to my Squads but I did not promote at any time.
Have tactical kill counter so I'm on 53/8 ...still nothing
I have two locked columns, there is space for a third one but with no icons. As LWPP is the biggest change to Soldier changes i assumed it might be caused by it.
Anyone else problems with Sparks promotions and is there a solution?
