Tutorial create 4 vanilla classes

If tutorial is enabled, the first 4 promotions will be the 4 vanilla classes, with the vanilla skills. With tutorial disabled it works fine.

Not true. I got shinobi, ranger (infantry), sniper and cannon after tutorial mission, all with new perks. Something is wrong with your game.
