Current Features
The mod currently alters this:

All government types / ethics can purge / slave. Ethics of each people countering to such will respond negatively towards said choice of policy.

Relations have been toned down a bit towards purging / slaving so that its no longer as penalizing.

Full Bombardment is no longer military ethic specific, pacifists will be slightly angered if you allow full.

Xenophobes / Xenophiles have a reduced loss / gain in relations.

All policies for the most part can be used in the beginning, making them less tech specific.

Robots have been redone, all three (Robots, Droids, Synthetics) can be made in the beginning. They adopt your ethics as they are built. They work tirelessly with no happiness effects, so work away. The tech trees that originally unlock them now improve them statistically, with the chance of the sentient AI breaking loose if you fail studying any of those techs. Robots are basically slightly better than your normal organic. Droids are better in mineral production. Synthetics are good in research.

One edict was created for Synthetics in particular, giving them a boost in production.
