Stats
Some possible stats are:

+Destroying a sapper does 25% wrench damage to the spy
+Sappers take longer to take affect on your buildings

- -30% build rate
- -10% Building health

I know, not the most balanced, but just an idea for starters

Pros:
+20% resistance against sappers (Either less damage or slower reverse build)
+10% speed boost (To get to your buildings faster)
Cons:
-25% damage
-25 health

20% movement speed bonus when sentry, sapper or teleporter is sapped

+Each destroyed sapper gives you 20 health and 20 metal
+Takes 1 hit to destroy any sapper
-Destroying any building (yeah, destroy by enemies counts to) gives you -20% damage vulnerability for 5 seconds. Effect can stucked

Sentries can never random crit, so that's not a downside.

Every destroyed sapper gives 50% metal and +25 health
that may result in overheal
-20 health on wearer
15% slower swing speed
