Bugs with the Bug
Found a small issue:

The Ritch's Wild-Child / Cold Blood tree is tagged as only having level 10+ skills, even though the first skill requires level 0.

Another minor bug: I had an ''examine'' option with the Diadem item in the transmog menu at the end of a floor. Clicking it closed the menu and transmogged the item. I'm pretty sure this is an old glitch you fixed for some other item just making a return.
