Hey, thx for making this useful mod.
I found a little bug/cheat which allows pawns that are incapable of cooking to make 4 pemmican and pawns which aren't assigned to cooking to cook 4x recipes

I noticed it while using your mod with the No Water, No Life mod.
No Water, No Life makes it possible to purify water at the stoves and adds a new work column in the Work tab called "Draw"

So what happens is if I have a pawn assigned to draw water, he will also be assigned to purify water which is a job done at the cooking stove. If I have the "Make 4 Pemmican" bill active he will complete the bill even if he is incapable of cooking cause it requires skill 0. If a "drawer" is also a high skilled cook he will make all the other 4x recipes if he is assigned to drawing but not cooking.

4x simple meal is the exception.
I was curious why and looked into your Recipes_BulkMeals.xml

I found this line <requiredGiverWorkType>Cooking</requiredGiverWorkType> was set for making 4x simple meal but not for the other 4x recipes,adding this line to all other recipes fixed the issue.
