Killable Echirus Ghost Mod Bug
Not exactly sure what's going on, but I can go to moons and kill the ghost but for somereason I can't pick up echirus shards (or whatever those little pink crystal things are) and I can kill it, but it just respawns. is it supposed to do that?

Pretty sure the Ghost spawns naturally when you obtain a crystal.

The ghost does respawn straight away, I haven't circumvented that yet. I'm not sure why you can't pick the crystals up.
