Bullets don't deviate, Only projectiles do. You should make it less accurate or something.

Yes they do. You're confusing Drinks with Lunchboxes.
Atomic Punch has the debuff of no attacking
Crit-A-Cola has the debuff of (slightly) more incoming damage

Also, the Bubbles give you 75% resistance to the selected source, so you have a drink that makes the Scout faster than anyone else, more tanky than an Overhealed Heavy, and can still damage others. If that isn't overpowered, I don't know what is.

coffee isn't bad for you as long as you don't drink too much of it
