New Name
I think the name should be the Vanishing Valentine as it resembles the coat Of Nick Valentine from Fallout 4.

I don't know if Bethesda would do this but Bethesda could try to contact the makers of this and other cool items they like make it for all the people who bought the season pass when the last dlc is released.

Valve normally contact the game creators like Bethesda and organise stuff like this.

This really does remind me of Nick from Fallout 4.I like it!All you would need to do with spy is use this coat,a fedora,and the Le Synthétique,and you've got Nick Valentine in Fallout 4! :D
