[SOLUTION] Can't join the game ('connecting' is too long)
Looks like you can't host servers, so try this:

1) [HIGH PING] Install VPN program, such as Hamachi, Tungle or Evole
Hamachi official page: https://www.vpn.net/
Tungle official page: https://www.tunngle.net/
Evolve official page: https://www.evolvehq.com/

2) [LOW PING] Visit our web-site page, how to make PORTS FORWARD, it means you will be able to host a server for any game from your PC
