It's supposed to be under her arm decos. Try this INI: http://pastebin.com/rajUZW09. Go to the mod folder: 741549683/Config/XComContent.ini and replace everything in it.
If you have to, go to My Documents/My Games/XCOM 2/ and delete the folder called Config. You'll have to reenable your mods again. That should clear out any leftover's from the old mod. I'm still waiting on Kexx to push that update, since I fixed it days ago.
Sorry, for some reason it keeps adding the . in the url: http://pastebin.com/rajUZW09
Replace the XComContent.ini in the mod then delete the Config folder.
Not sure why that duplication bug exists, or how would I even begin to attempt to fix this bug. It shouldn't be tied to Tracer herself, unless you happen to use RealityMachina's Finding Tracer mod, but who knows.
Tell me, if you equip any other item (proxy mines are a start), does this bug happen? It could be a XCOM 2 bug that Firaxis didn't patch out.
And no, this bug does not create any duplicate of any other item. You think it's due to the other mod then?
You might want to bring that up with the author.
