Underground RMG Issues with EBM (Empire Building Mod)
Underground terrain is different from vanilla. Vanilla has a mix of dirt cavern and rock cavern. EBM has big blocks of either dirt cavern or rock cavern, but never a mixture. Maybe it's another mod that's doing this, but I only have a few mods installed and EBM seems the likely suspect.
