A friend of min had this mod downloaded fro sometime but didnt use it in awhile since he thought it was broken until i found out that it work but for some reason it still doesnt work for my friend and he has tried uninstalling the mod from workshop same with the game even deleted the mod folder on his pc for stellaris and to no avail it always says the same message "missing descriptor file." Now if anyone has any idea on how to fix this any help would be appreciated
