GameUserSettings.ini
This has to go in your --->GameUserSettings.ini<--- if you want to have the benefits otherwise, they are just vanilla settings.
If it is a multiplier, it multiplies the vanilla value. So vanilla = 4 x yours 0.5 = result 2, 1 x 10 = 10, 2 x 0.1 = 0.2 and so on.
You can make things bigger, smaller or leave them the same. It's your choice.

NoPickup
-Use this to add /remove the ability to pickup anything created by this mod
-False is allow pickup
-True is do NOT allow pickup
-Default = False

GrinderResourceReturnPercent
-Percentage of returned resources in the 'Industrial Grinder'
-Max is 100%.
-Default = 0.8 (80%)

MiniGrinderResourceReturnPercent
-Percentage of returned resources in the 'Mini Grinder'
-Max is 100%.
-Default = 0.4 (40%)

ElevatorWeightMult
-Elevator carry weight multiplier
-The higher the value more it can carry
-Default = 2.0

ElevatorSpeedMult
-Elevator speed multiplier
-The higher the value the faster it travels
-Default = 2.0

InventorySizeMult
-Every inventory size multiplier.
-The higher the bigger the inventory, if the size goes over 3000 it defaults to unlimited
-Put -1 for unlimited
-Default = 2.0

CraftingItemSpeedMult
-Every crafting stations crafting speed, this does not include the player inventory
-The bigger the number the faster you craft
-Default = 2.0

FuelBurnRateMult
-The time it takes fuel to burn in all fuel burners
-The higher the value longer it lasts
-Default = 2.0

SpoilRateMult
-The time it takes consumables to spoil (NOT in the Spoiling Bin)
-The higher the value longer they last
-Default = 2.0

OutletMaxRange
-The maximum range the Power Outlet can be set to
-Default = 5000

NoConductingSystems
-Use this to add /remove the ability to create conducting systems
-True is to disable creation
-Default = False

I set the SpoilRateMult=2.0 and no changes, then 0.5 no changes, then 1.0 no changes then 3.0 no changes, now i'm trying 100.0 but i'm thinking that will be no changes, is this really work?

I'm fixing this as we speak, the setting weren't working on servers. I have found and am implementing the fix.

i dont think its fixed

update: it works, you have to pick the crafter up and put down again if you change config after you place a crafter.

Pickup appears to be only working on certain items, on a hosted/dedicated server, regardless of whether or not I have the ini settings in place or not. For example I can pickup a small storage box, and a wooden pillar but I am unable to pick up foundations or ceiling tiles.

Hi, seems the no foundation option dont work. Ivve tried to put it in the gus file but it dont work for me. even after different restarts. Any idea what could cause it? I have a rented server at nitrado, playing on the island map and playing pve. Also the mod is not the first in load order.

I don't think his problem is using the ini settings but getting the weight change to work though it. It's not easy to use ini settings outside a structure and he is looking to use it for PrimalItems.

There is a way to setup "NoPickup" for specific items?
But example, i want everything pickeable but construction items not.
(campfire = pickeable ... ... ... foundations, walls, roofs = NOT pickeable).

I don't know why you'd want that, they need picking up more than the containers, what with mistakes. It's why I did it. Lol!
