Replaces turret with a a short range flame turret
+sets enemies on fire
Or

+sets enemies on fire
+sentry autonmaticly targets burning players
-sentry won't fire on non burning enemies
-25% damage
if you were to do that you should make it a new P.D.A.
Maybe like this:
+ Does extra damage to burning players
+ 15% faster build speed
- 10% Less health
That could work
+Replace Sentry With a Flame Sentry - 50% of Damage on Enemies On Fire -50 Of Health + 5% Of Damage To Spys

How about:
pros:
all buildings +25% health
all buildings 25% armor
cons:
sentry 10% slower firing speed, 10% less damage
teleporters 20% slower recharge rate
dispensers 20% slower ammo/health dispenser rate
i think the flame sentry is a very good idea actualy we need to make a dj dubstep set for engineer
Pros:

+10% dmg
+5 sec. afterburn
Senties shoot fireballs instead and set enemies which get hit and every enemie in a radius of 1 meter (about 3 feet) on fire

cons:

-5% metal per hit on a building
Jarate, Mad Milk, Water and Airblasts extinguish the flame for 10 sec. so the extra dmg and the afterburn fall of for that period of time

It should kinda become like the Sun on a stick for Scout

That could work lethal, however, maybe it would have a chance of setting enemies on fire, just not guaranteed, like it would ignite enemy's on a critical hit

Destroys sappers in one hit
After switching to this weapon, for 3 seconds, you ignite enemies on hit.

+100% chance to deal critical damage against burining enemies
-30% slower speed while carrying buildings
-25% damage against players
while underwater and 20 seconds after leaving the water:
-no critical damage
-normal upgrade rate and repair rate
-removes sappers in 3 hits

really good, but no random crits right
HOW exactly would a flame sentry be useful? lets be realistic.
Does full crits on burning players.
No random crits
-35% less damage to buildings
+15% more damage
-25% slower firing speed.
