Description
Only a very few gifted individuals can naturally develop their psionic potential.
Those who are capable could prove to be valuable assets in our fight against the Elders.
Only time will tell what these individuals are capable of in the field.

GTS Perk "Hidden Potential" - Grants +25 Psi Offense

Custom Perks (as marked by *)
Psi-Reanimate - Lets you raise zombies like the sectoid does.
Malaise - Create a cloud of Poison and Misery (disorientation) in an AoE radius.
Restore - Heal an ally for 6 hit points and restore their condition (burn, stun, unconscious etc) CANNOT STABILIZE A DOWNED ALLY BUT CAN REVIVE AN UNCONSCIOUS ONE
Barrier - Create a Psi Energy Shield around allies like what the Shield Bearer does.
Disable - Disable enemy weapons in a large AoE radius, has a chance to stun enemies.
Teleport - Teleport anywhere within squadsight, free action.

PLEASE NOTE
Despite my efforts I have been unable to get the animations working for my own Psi Abilities, as such many of them have attack animations but create no fancy effects. Teleport and Barrier just instantly work and have no activation animations.
