The mod currently crashes when you try to start it. A bunch of the .carry_items are broken as well as the stealth1 .squad_config is missing. here is how to fix it.

In C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270150\767148485\Media\packages\Teds_Custom_Factions\Items
open the files Spec ops suit, paratrooper suit, exo skeleton, commando gear, mechanic suit, officer clothing and camouflage suit. add the line </carry_item> on the 2nd line (right above </carry_items> in each file.

then go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\270150\767148485\Media\packages\Teds_Custom_Factions\factions
open all_squad_configs .xml and remove the line mentioned a stealth squad, the file doesn't exist in the current version.

That should get it to run, however the inventory weight is broken, every item has a negative weight. And i ran into a crash after a while, I think it might be related to a paratrooper call but i'm not sure, logs said that some enemy squad was invalid.
