New to Arma Modding, How to install?

I thought i downloaded all the proper workshop mods, and I activated all the mods in the launcher with first contact, But when I tried to launch a RIS mission it didnt have any of the factions available. Please Help id love to try the mod out!

I believe there needs to be a RIS specific version for OPTRE to work. Though, I'm unaware how it functions internally so I can't give you a 100% answer
