noenhancedmovement 0 or 1 (0 = allow enhanced movement, 1 = disable enhanced movement)
survivor_attachments 0 to 4 (up to 4 attachments allowed for both primary & secondary weapons)
survivor_specialists 0 or 1 (0 = disable survivor specialists, 1 = allow survivor specialists)
gametype_setting timelimit <>
gametype_setting roundlimit <>

Does anyone know how to disable Tomahawk?

Not sure about the Tomahawk, but you might want to put a "/" infront of those commands i could not get it to work withoiut it

actually i stumbled upon a command

( not sure if im allowed to share tho please tell me to remove if not )

/gametype_setting loadoutKillStreaksEnabled 1 or 0 ( enable or disable a 25 kill streak nuke )

Thanks bud. Can u give me a quick tutoriol how to go about playing the "infected" game mode on Black Ops III?

First you have to load the mod you can load it in the begining screen. If you've done that go into custom games and open the command
Type: /set_gametype infect
then open command again and typ: /gametype_setting roundlimit <1000>
then open command again and type: /gametype_setting timelimit <1000>
then start the game
