I'm pretty sure the description says something along the lines of you making the organs being illegal. I'd have to double check but...

You can roleplay and pretend that it's pure.
As for obtaining Stolen Gene-Seed, all you need is one sample, the Terraform RimWorld mod, and the research for the Replicator. It can duplicate items, including modded ones, while consuming uranium as fuel. It worked on Stolen Gene-Seed in late 2019, early 2020, when I last tried it. Should still work.

You craft Astartes implants with them in the Imperial Medical Crafter (or something like that). It's been a while since I've played that mod, and I've been running away from redo-ing / debugging my mod list for at least a month or so.
