I think this is the same known issue they're looking at on humanoid alien races mod. they explain it better than I ever could over there

Hmmm this because of HAR Mod? i'm not getting any errors like this? when does this error occur in game after what action / activity?

Where did I go wrong? I have a list of mods installed, and there are troubles with this mod. I specifically checked running only the original core rimworld along with this mod. The error remains the same. I have checked the compatibility. I have 2 assumptions: 1) Maybe the point is that I don’t want to play with new ideology and royality; 2) Either I'm pounding in the eyes;

Have You tried running the mod with Royalty and Ideology? I don't have them so cant check...
