Unable to edit mod options

So when you go to mod options to turn off things like demonic incursions, its not there. It like vanishes after a while. I had to delete a bunch of files and practically reinstall the entire thing. Anyone else have the bug where you cant find the mod in the mod options in order to customize? If so anyone have a fix?
