I'm planning on adding config files to the remaining class MY / TMY engines sometime in the future.

The following trains now have diesel smoke and diesel train movement sounds:
DSB cargo train
TÅGAB "Great Northern Railway" lumber train
TÅGAB lumber train

I have added effects to the coradia nordic trains:
Some additional effects from the Extra Vehicle Effects plugin will also be used by these trains if this plugin is downloaded and enabled.
