Frame Stuttering
After I've started a new save and have aquired about 3 hours on a certain save, the game starts to frame stutter. When I start a new save, then the game goes back to normal, then the stuttering returns after a while. Should I change some settings? Maybe my HDD can't handle it? Any bit of help would be appreciated.

After some research, the problem is the save files are becoming too large for HDD to handle, and the HDD can't transfer data fast enough to keep up. I would assume using a SSD would solve this problem, but I don't think there's any other solution.

I am using ssd on a new rig and it makes no difference, after several hours play and saving its having issues. Which is a real shame, but then again it’s a free mod so won’t complain

I had same issue. Yesterday it was running smoothy and today its stuttering like mad. I know this is old, but did you find any fixes? I'd really like to continue playing, I absolutely love this mod

Yeah it’s unavoidable dude, the more you save your the more you stutter. There’s some good dayz servers out there instead.

Aww, that sucks. Shame he won't be updating anymore. Thanks for replying!

I think I have the same issue, but I have a few observations as well. First, what happens for me is a short freeze, or pause, maybe once a second. Really noticeable when running. If this is what people are calling stuttering, it happens to me too. However, I'm not sure it is related to saving games. I had started the scenario several times, saving occasionally, and after a while it would become unplayable. Then one time the stuttering started before I had ever saved it. What had occurred was I "slept" through the night. So, I tried again. Restarted the scenario, did nothing except find a place to hide, and just waited for the next morning (using 4x time). Left my hideout in the morning and the stutter was there. Some people have commented it's the size of the save file. They're only 20 or so MB on my system, and I'm running on SSD. I monitored CPU, GPU and SSD IO. Nothing was near maxed out, and still I was getting the stuttering. With how regular the pauses are it seems more like a timing issue. And for me, it seems to only start after a night has passed.
